Stories|The Five Minute Guide A Five minute Guide to Conspiracy Theories
The emergence of the term "Conspiracy theory"
The term "conspiracy theory" first appeared in the twenties of the XX century in the economic literature, and acquired its modern meaning by the end of the 1960s.
This phrase was included in the Oxford English Dictionary only in 1997.
Who rules the world?
In 1999, the English football player, reporter, TV commentator and member of the Green Party, David Icke, published the book "The Greatest Secret: The Book that will Change the World", where he described the system of the modern world.
According to Ike, the world is ruled by alien lizards, aliens from the constellation Draco, who created a secret society on Earth, the Babylonian Brotherhood.
These lizards, says Ike, are erect and can take on human form.
Ike convincingly proves that most of the world's leaders are lizards: both Bush, Hillary Clinton, Tony Blair, all the Rothschilds and Rockefellers, as well as a significant part of country artists.
"I donot need a nation of thinkers, I need a nation of workers."
John D. Rockefeller, tycoon who is credited with creating several secret organizations
The first literary mention of the world Jewish conspiracy In 1868, German postal worker Hermann Goedsche under the pseudonym Sir John Retcliffe publishes the novel "Biarritz".
In the chapter "Night at the Jewish Cemetery in Prague", Goedsche describes a ritual that takes place once every hundred years: representatives of the twelve tribes of Israel gather at the tomb of Rabbi Simeon Ben Yehuda.
They share their successes (they discuss how much gold is concentrated in the hands of world Jewry, how the workers and the press are controlled); they develop plans for the future: discrediting Christianity, fomenting revolutions, penetrating into power.
Conceiving the novel as an adventurous adventure, Goedsche could not even imagine that already in 1876 the specified passage entitled "The Rabbi's Speech" would be widely distributed throughout Russia in the form of separate brochures.
The material was presented as a shorthand of the speech of the chief rabbi, overheard by the English diplomat Sir John Retcliffe.
The World Conspiracy in Russian pre revolutionary Literature
In 1911, Vera Kryzhanovskaya's novel "The Death of the Planet"was published.
One of the first female science fiction writers in the world, Kryzhanovskaya often turned in her works to the theme of the world Jewish conspiracy designed to destroy Christian civilization.
In "The Death of the Planet", the plans of the world conspiracy of Satanist Jews go so far that the fate of the planet is literally decided in a battle between the good Himalayan magician Supramati and the Jewish Satanist Shelom Jesodot.
In 1909, the newspaper "Zemshchyna" published the novel "The Fish Man".
The main villain (his name is a Jew) heads the "Council of the World Dominion of the Jews".
With the help of a surgeon, he implants gills in the boy Giktaner and teaches him to sink ships.
The world is saved by the beautiful Moisette, who falls in love with Giktaner and forces him to abandon his evil intentions.
"The Fish Man" was a revised version of the novel "The Man Who could Live in Water" by Jean de la Ira.
In the original, the Jew was called Fulber and he headed the Jesuit order.
What source was used by A. Belyaev when writing "Amphibian Man", it remains to be guessed.

Who runs America?
The large state seal of the United States, depicted, in particular, on a one dollar bill, has given rise to many myths.
The reverse side of the seal, which depicts a pyramid crowned with the All seeing Eye of God, surrounded by two Latin sayings, attracts special attention of conspiracy lovers.
Annuit Coeptis refers to the All seeing Eye and means "according to [our] beginnings".
The second expression, Novus Ordo Seclorum, is a quotation torn from Virgil, meaning "The New order of the centuries".
Supporters of conspiracy theory know that if you enter a six pointed star in the circle of the reverse side of the seal, the upper ray will point to the All seeing Eye, and the five remaining ones will point to the letters M, A, S, O and N, thereby indicating the true owners of the federal treasury.
Does George Bush worship Satan?
Following Hugo Chavez, who likes to talk about George Bush's connection with the devil, the American website www.theforbiddenknowledge.com scrupulously collects photos where the American president shows an ancient Satanic greeting the sign of the horned owl.
According to the website, this proves Bush's involvement in one of the secret Satanic orders.
The law against secret societies
The only state that has legally banned the organization of secret societies is Poland.
Article 13 of the Polish Constitution states: "The existence of political parties and other organizations whose program or activity [...] provides for the secrecy of structures or membership is prohibited."
In 2006, speaking on television, Hassan Bolkhari, an adviser to the Iranian Ministry of Education, declared the cartoon "Tom and Jerry" part of a global Jewish conspiracy: "The cartoon was made by Hollywood Jews in order to change the attitude to mice, in the form of which the Nazis often portrayed themselves.
No nation acts as secretly as the Jews."
According to Bolhari, Jerry's mouse has Semitic roots.
"She is very resourceful.
She hits the poor cat on the ass.
However, despite this atrocity, you do not look at the mouse with contempt.
She looks attractive and very smart!"
